Training Report

We have added a couple new drills to our classes which should help make ground attacks more realistic. We have affectionately called these drills "The 10-second Rule" and "The Tunnel of Love". Hope you all enjoy them!

Everyone is doing an excellent job with the material. If there is something special you would like to see, please let the instructors know so that we might be able to plan for a class to cover "extra" material.
